[Feature request/Discussion] Update the users profile_image_url

Hello Twitch API Guys,

as the title says, I would like my app to be able to update the users profile picture (through the official API)

The API currently does not support this.

I’m trying to allow my users to change their profile picture through the API system. However it only allows them to edit their bio/description. Is there anything I can do to change profile picture?
