Game ownership requests not getting accepted over 1 week

Hi, hope everything goes well there, I’m the community manager of Wemade Co Ltd, the publisher of MIR4 and Night Crows.

As we have new project called “Legend of Ymir” waiting for the official release on October 28th, we have registered a category on IGDB and are now waiting for our request for the ownership to be accepted.

We’ve been waiting for more than a week but unfortunately we still can’t see our new project on our dev console. Since we did not hear anything from the team whether our request is being handled or has already been turned down, we’ve been wondering if we can get an assist regarding this matter.

We are planning to run a drops campaign when our request gets approved, and it would be great if we can get it done before our official launch.

Most if not all staff were at TwitchCon and depending on the queue things can take an invariable amount of time to be processes.

It should get processed within the next few days.
