Hey, I have been trying out the Helix Commercial API recently. I got a response of:

However, viewers didn’t get any commercials. If I were to run them through the creator dashboard it would work.
Is this expected, or a known issue? Thanks!

The API and the dashboard all call the same things.
Not everyone will get a commerical and in some cases users won’t get any at all
Edit: and I use the helix commerical API and have no reported issues from my users
Than you for confirming that the API is not broken!
Also a random side note, that with it being January, traditionally thats the worst month for people buying ads, so there also generally might not be any ads to show.
