How to get a list of users hosting a channel

Hello guys, i want to know if is there someway for get users that is hosting a channel (/host command) with the api or something like it

Example : /host twitch
and it returns a list of the channels that is hosting to twitch channel

CHANNEL_ID being the numeric _id value returned from /channels/:channel.
