Is this copyright infringement?

Sorry new to this forum, so not sure if this is the right place to post.

But I’ve been seeing a speedrunner streaming full episodes of TV shows and they’ve been doing this for a few months now. Surely this falls under some kind of copyright infringement? I thought about doing the same but don’t wanna get into legal trouble with the companies that own the rights to said shows. They stream shows like the nanny, breaking bad, and futurama and full episodes in their entirity on netlfix/hulu.

Was curious about this, should I just report their streams and move on? Just feels like its breaking some kind of DMCA?

It is illegal to issue a DMCA notice unless you are the copyright holder, or an agent acting on their behalf, so unless you are a copyright holder or have been authorized by them to act on their behalf you can’t take any action.

Any channel that broadcasts content that they do not own the rights to may potentially risk DMCA strikes, channel termination, and even legal action. So do not broadcast any content you do not own the rights to.
