Issue with linking a game to my Dev Portal

Hello there,

I am unsure as to where this issue would be best to post so here it is.

I’ve been trying to add Dragonkin: The Banished to my company’s Dev Portal, and it has been weeks since I requested it and it has still not been added. I do not know who I can contact to get it added? Is there additional information needed appart from the game’s IGDB to be up to date? Thank you in advance for your help.

Organization and Game Ownership requests can take several weeks, that’s normal and depends entirely on the queue as requests are handled in the order they come in.

There was previously a delay for organization reviews, which might still be having a knock on effect on the review times, so please be patient as you’re still well within the norm for review times.
