Need permissions to use commands host and unhost

I’m trying to give the command from chatbot

/host {CHANNEL_NAME}

I’m getting this

You don’t have permission to perform that action.

I think I didn’t specify suitable scopes. Please help me in this. What are the necessary scopes to perform host and unhost commands.
