I’ve ran ~10 Twitch Drops campaigns in the past without issue, but now I’ve done a few test campaigns and ran into a problem. I am watching the test stream to earn drops and after claiming the drops only 1 item is sent to me. For each campaigns it was a different item that was sent to me.
I waited several days and the drops still were not sent, so they’re not delayed drops. Also, in past campaigns they were sent instantly. I have confirmed I claimed all items and I have confirmed the items are all part of the drop (I copied previous campaigns that ran without issue). I have also created brand new campaigns from scratch with different items as rewards and had the exact same issue.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any insight as to why this is happening? Thank you
