Unable to add/remove members to/from organization

I get a generic error when I try to add/remove members from my organization.

An error occurred. Please try again.

I saw there are other posts from just a few days ago, but this is happening to me today.
And I am sure I am the owner of the organization.

I got a response from our twitch rep about this issue. I don’t know what they did, but we can now add and remove people from the company again.

I know this is an unsatisfying answer but email your twitch rep if you run into this problem.
