Correct review/approval process for a Helix application before public launch?

Hello,

I’m building a gaming analytics and creator discovery platform using Twitch Helix data.

I first contacted developers@twitch.tv on 11 August 2026 because I want to make sure everything is in order with Twitch’s Developer Services Agreement before finalizing and publicly launching the application.

I have since followed up by email and also asked on the TwitchDev Discord, but so far I have only received the automated email acknowledgment and no further response.

Could a Twitch staff member confirm whether developers@twitch.tv is still the correct channel for this type of review/approval request, or whether there is another team, form or process I should use?

The application remains private while I wait for Twitch’s guidance and I’m simply trying to reach the appropriate Twitch team.

I can provide the application details, Client ID and previous correspondence privately if needed.

Thank you for any guidance.

Pierre

That is the correct email

Theres no SLA on when they will respond however. Especially if they need to consult with legal

Thanks Barry, understood. That’s helpful to know.

I’ll keep waiting for a response from the developers team then. Thanks for the clarification!
