I’ve some non profit(for now and may be forever) exts ideas but i can’t afford to pay for EBS if they scale.
Is it allowed to mention paypal donation link in extension config? Other donation services? BTC/ETH/XRP or other altcoins wallet address?

Our guidelines and policies documentation says:
Extensions may not transact or encourage the transacting of monetary exchange in relation to any non-Twitch/Amazon commerce instruments.
The answer to your question is no.
It may be worth your time to look at the Amazon Credit Program, or think about how to design the extension to reduce EBS usage.
Rest assured, that the requirement for having an EBS is at the forefront of our minds.
