Extension stuck in review for an extended period

Our extension (ID: kug24oidp5dg13tkpxaoqi32nf6y3f) has been under review for a long time, and we haven’t received any feedback or updates during this time.

Previously, there were some issues pointed out by Twitch team, but we have carefully addressed all of them according to the provided guidelines. Since then, the process seems to have stalled, and we are unsure if there are any remaining problems or if something else is blocking the review.

Any further action needed from our side to move this forward?

After addressing the changes needed was the extension put back into the queue or is it still “pending actions” (I forget the label name off the top of my head)

Sometimes it needs to be requeued and not jsut answered in the email especially if code changes where required.

Thanks for your reply. We resubmited a new version of the extension with all the required changes applied. The status is “in review” for quite a long time so we’re confused about the delay.

Is something still wrong on our side or was our submission maybe overlooked? We’re trying to follow all the requirements, but the process is taking really long :cry:

When you say the status has been in review for “quite a long time”, how long are you talking?

For reference the usual review time is 2 to 12 working days, so knowing the date when you re-submitted the Extension would give a better idea of if it’s outside normal review times or not.

It was the beginning of April (April 1 if i remember correctly), so it’s been over a month…

It’s almost two months now.. This does’t seem normal
