My extension with ID kug24oidp5dg13tkpxaoqi32nf6y3f is not being reviewed for more than a month. Plz help.

All I can suggest is be patient. The usual Extension review time is 2 to 12 working days, and Twitch only ended their break on Jan 5th. As is common around breaks like this it should be expected that there’s potentially a backlog of Extensions needing review (or other non-Extension related work that the reviewers are also responsible for). so longer review times until they are caught up should be expected.
On top of any potential backlog from the holidays, there are other factors that can result in an Extension taking longer to review than normal, for example if it’s doing something that might require Twitch Legal to be involved with such as being in a grey area when it comes to guidelines.
Unfortunately, it’s not an option. Isn’t there any actual form or email that I can address my problem?
You can try developers@twitch.tv with the Client ID of your Extension, but it is likely just the review queue is still working through the backlog due to the holiday break so please be patient and wait for your turn as Extensions are usually reviewed on a first in, first out, basis.
These sort of delays around holiday periods, or other times where there’s an announced out-of-office period, should be planned for as often there are many other developers trying to get Extensions in quickly before the queue builds too much.
Also if the delay is for other reasons, such as being in a grey area of the Extension Guidelines/Developer Agreement/Community Guidelines, then Twitch legal involvement can add significant time, potentially weeks/months, to a review.
