Gifted Subs Highlighter

I’ve had a few people I mod for that have wondered if there are plans to implement a feature in chat, similar to message effects, giant emote, etc. That would highlight a chatter who gifted subs for x amount of time. I’ve supplied some sample code as an idea. Have there been thoughts on this as a feature at all, obviously this code isn’t an exact match to how Twitch Socket’s their chat within the website, but just a sample platter of code around the idea.
