How will I know if I get responses?

How will I know if Twitch responds to my “send email” from the help desk thing? Will it be in my emails?

If you send a email, you should get an email reply to your inbox.

I believe the support desk is begged at between 7-10 working days for a response. (Or at least it was last time I used the help desk/support ticket system)
