I was watching beartaffy (per usual) and he told chat not to give any spoilers. This gave me the idea of why not putting in a feature that would delay when the streamer sees chat. Make it adjustable and add like a 5 second delay which would give mods time to delete the spoilers or other things that the streamer doesn’t want to see.

If a streamer wanted to use a 3rd party app for chat though, adding a delay to chat messages being displayed is a very simple task.
There’s already a setting for this in the channel settings.
