I have coded a twitch bot. The bot didn’t spam anything. Nonetheless, it was apparently shadow banned, which I could prove by sending a chat message on multiple channels, which I could not read with a different account. There is hardly any doubt, that the account is in some way chat restricted. I have tried to find this scenario in the twitch guidelines without any findings.
Is this something common? What do I do now?

Have you checked the raw messages the bot is receiving to see if there are any errors being returned when attempting to send messages?
I have personally logged into the bots twitch account. My code doesn’t matter for that issue i think
