[Twitch Drops] Is it possible to manipulate the Drops compensation settings from the API?

I would like to handle Drops reward creation, editing and retrieval here via API

For example, I would like to upload a Reward Image & request the Reward Connection URL and RewardId via POST to create a Drops reward,

I would like to edit the content of the created Drops reward.

I have read the reference but could not find anything.
Is such an API available?

No drops campaigns can only be managed/controlled from the developer console
