I am trying to enable Bits Support following the process outlined here. I filled out my tax forms through the broadcaster dashboard as outlined and it says everything is completed. However, the “Continue to Onboarding” button and monetization fields are still disabled for me. From the documentation everything seems to say start by clicking the “Continue to Onboarding” but I cannot. I’ve searched through the forums a bit and everything I found seems to refer to a previous iteration of extension setups. I also opened a support ticket but they just sent me to the developer support section. Can anyone help me figure out what I am missing in the process? Or if there is an issue beyond my control?
It might take 24/48 hours (business ones) to clear properly thru the system before it opens up.

I believe everything was confirmed on March 11th so it has been about 9 days.
Can you confirm what your twitch username is.
And which onboarding did you do in the Twitch dashboard.
Did you perchance fill in “pre affiliate/onboarding” instead of “developer” and/or was developer event presented. (A screenshot of Creator Dashboard might help)
To add to Barry’s note, it is currently not possible to enable developer monetization if you have already completed the streamer monetization onboarding process that will hold payments (i.e. the onboarding before reaching Affiliate or Partner status). Is this possibly the case?

This procedure is for Extensions developers, but it is done through your broadcaster dashboard rather than the developer console.
I didn’t see any other monetization onboarding options when I went to set it up in my broadcaster dashboard.

That was the problem, thank you! I had to open a ticket to get offboarded but once that was complete I was able to access the developer extension onboarding.
