My Extension version was submitted for review on September 18 and still shows “In Review.” My Twitch account was temporarily suspended because of suspected compromised activity, but the suspension was reversed, the strike was removed, and the account was secured. The Extension still shows its original version and review status. Could the temporary account reset have affected its position in the review queue, or should I continue waiting normally?
It should not of effected queue position.

Generally speaking review is 2-11 working days.
Funny enough, as soon as I posted this question, I received the Pending Approval email. So, for anyone who runs into the same situation in the future: an account suspension does not appear to reset or affect your Extension’s place in the review queue.
